No. Apartments are rented on a month to month basis, and all services are included in one simple monthly payment.

What is the deposit fee to reserve an apartment?
Countryside Village accepts a fully refundable $350 reservation deposit to hold the apartment of your choice. Should your plans change, it is fully refundable.

Who owns Countryside Village?
Countryside Village is owned by local Oregonians.

How can I "try out" Countryside Village?
Guests are always welcome at Countryside Village. We offer complimentary meals with personal tours, as well as complimentary overnight visits in a beautifully appointed guest suite. Are Personal Care services available?
Yes. Countryside Village has provided apartments that are licensed by the State of Oregon for Residential Care services. Residents in the Personal Care apartments receive a variety of services including medication management, personal laundry, and assistance with daily living tasks. Professional staff is on duty 24 hours each day to be of assistance. We feature three levels of care so you only pay for the services you need.

Are pets allowed?
We recognize that a pet can be an important part of your family. Therefore, we do allow small pets, with a signed Pet Agreement and pet fee.
